The zoo, packing and my 10 day panic

Yesterday we went to the zoo with my brother-in-law and my niece. My mother-in-law watched the boy so we could focus on letting all 3 girls run around and have fun. It was beyond hot but it was a good time. We packed sandwiches and lunchables from the grocery store as well as 2 coolers full of drinks and snacks. My BIL brought a friend and her son as well so there were 3 adults and 4 kids total. We ate and drank everything in those 2 coolers. It was painfully hot. On the way home all the girls fell asleep and Makayla started saying she didn't feel well. As soon as we got to my in-laws street Makayla threw up in my BIL's car. We parked in the driveway and I got her out of the car and inside for a bath while my BIL cleaned out his car. He didn't panic at all. He simply said " Did she just throw up in my car?" I think he was in shock but I was very happy with how he responded to the incident. She felt better after a bath and went to play on the swing set. I think it was a combination of the heat and all the drinks and food that put her over the edge. Poor baby.

I got some cute pics. I am only going to share 2 at the end of this post though. I am continuing to pack only now I have hit my 10 day panic. In 10 days I have to take the kids to my mom's and aunt's houses so they can watch them for 4 days while we get moved and settled. 10 days is NOT enough time. My to-do list is insane. It looks something like this:

1. Buy more packaging tape
2. Find more boxes
3. Finish packing EVERYTHING
4. get all garage sale stuff to aunt's house
5. clean of walls,etc.
6. Pack up kids for 4 days away
7. Sign apartment lease
8. Have utilities switched over
9. PACK
10.PACK
11.PACK

There is a lot more to the list but I will not bore you all. I am panicking. I have NO time and way too much to do so I probably will not be posting very often. I will give another update or 2 before we move I promise. I am just SO overwhelmed right now. Here are the 2 pics I am sharing.

The monkeys were right at the fence and then you could lean over so I got a pretty close picture. They seemed to be as fascinated with my kids as they were with them.

Till next time. Wish me luck. I am going to need it.

I wished I lived close by, I'd come help you out! I know you're overwhelmed but try not to panic too much, it will all work itself out! At least you had a bit of fun @ the zoo before the craziness really starts!

I hope you get everything done, I know you will. Just say this Bible verse to yourself..

I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me. Philippians 4:13.. I said that at work when I moved 6 pallets all by myself! Couple of boxes of cracked eggs later, I did! lol..

Sorry Kayla got sick, although I had to laugh. I could imagine Jeremi's face! lol

Glad ya had fun at the zoo!

Well just think in 10 days you'll have an awesome new place to set up just how you want it. Its a fresh start and those are always a good thing.
