For the last couple of days I have been experiencing my own personal hell. Thursday night I started having bad chest pain so I went to sleep . By Friday morning I was almost in tears from the pain. Hubby and his brother took the girls to the zoo and they had a wonderful time. I rested. By Saturday I was literally in tears and the pain was in my abdomen plus I could not keep ANYTHING down. NOTHING. So the in-laws took the girls and we went to the ER. I was sent straight to OB obs.
They checked to make sure I wasn't in pre-term labor. I wasn't. By then I had stopping thowing up so they gave me some IV's because I was so severaly dehydrated. She also got me to eat a little bit of a sandwich. My real torture came when she told me to drink lots of water. BLECH!! I HATE water. She also said I could drink Gatorade so I was happy about that. She sent me home after about 2 hours.
Yesterday I had a regular check up appt. and they discovered I have a bladder infection. FUN!! So I got antibiotics for that and they told me that I probably had VERY SEVERE heartburn. I was thinking that seing as how I was crying I would say it was severe. So that has been my crappy weekend in a nutshell. I am still so tired and drained but I am getting my strength back up. I have to take my dd to get her blood drawn for the allergy testing today. Not looking forward to that. I could just scream with all of the stress.

Oh wow! Sorry to hear you've been sick. I was dehydrated TWICE w/ my last pregnancy and was in there twice w/ IV's. And I too went for the gatorade to rehydrate me :D I just got your comment and would love to help you out! Send me a note here and we'll get started -- maby.mnmy2@gmail.com
What program do you have?
I'm so sorry. I hope the heartburn isn't too horrid...can you take zantac for it? I didn't think anything could be worse than pregnancy heartburn, but I guess you're about to find out.
