Just some random stuff

I spent the first half of my morning yesterday trying to clean up what the kids had destroyed all weekend. I was in the kitchen doing dishes and I turned around and caught Macie laying on the kitchen floor with her Carebear comforter. She was perfectly content to just lay there. I got quite a bit accomplished yesterday. Most of our Christmas cards are addressed and in need of a stamp. I am hoping to get those mailed off by Wednesday.

I finished up a lo from the other day too. I have been playing around with non-traditional Christmas colors. I used mostly Love, Elsie stickers on this one. I decided that I am going to start a Christmas album. Normally I do a 2-up for every Christmas but I really want to have 1 album we can bring out every year around this time and look back on our past holidays. Did I mention that I HAVE to get a scanner? Seriously. Everything comes out so wonky when I photograph my lo's. I am hoping to start on Christmas gifts again soon. I just haven't had a chance to sit down and complete all of them yet. My goal is to be done with EVERYTHING(gifts, wrapping, etc.) by the second week of this month. That way I can just sit back and relax for the rest of the season(fingers crossed).

So today I have a few things to do like pay rent and run to the grocery store. The rest of the day I want to spend organizing. I always have these great plans but at the end of the day the stuff is never done. Hmmm. I wonder if that has to do with the fact that I have 3 kids under 5? I may be on to something here. Hehe.

Cute layout! I'm loving the non-traditional Christmas colors too! Good luck getting all your gifts & such done early!! I'd love to be able to do that too, but not sure it's gonna happen! Something to do with having 3 kids under the age of 6 lol!
