Drama in the play area

This morning started off simple enough. The girls and I were going to McDonald's to play and get ice cream. Well we get there and the girls start playing and they get brave enough to go to the very top of the tunnels. Well then Makayla became terrified and we could NOT get her down. I mean it just wasn't going to happen. I spent 30 minutes trying to crawl into those tiny tunnels and such and finally got to her but she was scared she wouldn't even let me pull her down. It was a nightmare. I finally got her out and she cried for a while then finally pulled herself together for ice cream. Only the ice cream machine was broken. So she settled for a sausage biscuit and hashbrown instead. They had fun for the remainder of the time. Then we went to the grocery store for milk and juice and finally made it home. Later we went and picked up my friend and her daughter so we are just chillin at home with friends for the next 2 days. It was a very interesting day indeed.
The drama started in these tunnels.

After she was out she hit the Dr. Pepper for comfort.

Love this picture of Macie.
Our day in a nutshell. McDonald's always provides entertainment in one way or another.

Oh poor Makayla! I hate those play places - my girls always freak out when they get up too high too! Enjoy your down time the next few days!

Makayla is always having some kind of drama! haha, but I'm glad she is alright!

So happy to be spending time with you!

I wish someone would have taken a picture of you climbing up there to "save" her!

I hate the play places...but my kids aren't afraid of the heights. What they do is park themselves up there and refuse to come down when it's time to go. At least, they used to try that, now they know I'll just climb right up and get them. :)
