Yesterday I was the perfect example of what a 1950's housewife was. I had all the laundry done(something that I don't think has ever happened before) and all rooms including the hallway clean. It felt good. I even had dinner made for hubby when he got home. So how do I reward myself for a job well done? I scrap of course.
Hubby and I stayed up way too late(like 2:00 a.m late) and so this morning I am barely going. I am exhausted. The alarm for hubby went off at 7:00 and then I hear the girls come in our room about 30 seconds later. I have never needed caffeine so bad in my life. Only 4 hours until nap time.
We have been staying warm though. I am kinda getting used to this staying home thing. Last night I almost went to Target but I had enough will power to just stay home. I am glad I did. We had a good night just hunkering down together. Now if I can get enough momentum to KEEP the house clean today maybe I can scrap again tonight.
One more thing before I go...Isn't my Chatterbox "Scrapaholic" mug just the cutest thing ever? Thanks Mom!!

I get bored staying in the house all day, too. It's the same old same old everyday and having a trip to the store seems to break up the monotony.

The funny thing is, I don't get feeling like I need to leave the house if I can keep it clean. But with the kids, that's the hard part!
