Last night I was in the mood to scrap. Years ago when I first became a scrapbooker I created 12X12 layouts. I switched a year and a half later to 8.5X11. Well last night I decided to try 12X12 again. I am loving it so I have decided not to limit myself to just one main size. I enjoy them all so I am going to create them all. I have also decided to just let myself go and create however I feel. The most important thing is that I am preserving memories for my family and myself. So now I am actually enjoying the process a lot more.
It felt so good to get some pages done. I have approx. 300 pics that need to be scrapped in my drawer right now. The pool pic is one I took today and then there are 3 layouts I wanted to share. They are much brighter and straight in person.
I'm not sure why but the camera made some yellow marks on the bottom of the comforter on the picture I scrapped. They aren't actually there.

I love the 3 cute kiddos layout! 300 pictures isn't too bad. Well, of course it sounds like a lot, but I have thousands from the last 2 years that I need to do something with.

I've been getting behind on my scrapping too. I think I've done like one layout in the last 2 weeks! I need some time to just do this ~ but lately, am sleepy very early!
Great pages! I've fallen behind on scrapping lately too. Get a 3-ring album and mix the page sizes. I'm loving that. :) It looks so cool and allows you to create whatever size inspires you at the moment.
