Motivation

I realized yesterday that I need motivation to actually succeed in the 30 days of Nothing next month. I need a reason to stop myself from shopping everyday. So I thought and thought and came to the conclusion that I really want a new dining set. I LOVE ours right now but it is getting old and wobbly. It is time to move on. So I did a ton of shopping around online and found this one. So now I have a reason to walk away from the cute stuff I would normally buy. Maybe I can actually do this.

I can just picture my kids sitting on the bench for breakfast. Their friends coming over and having plenty of room to eat and sit. Family get togethers over the next few years. Yes this will be my motivation. I can save our money and my newly acquired income from watching my friends kids regularly now.

I am pumped now. I can't wait to see how well I save. It shouldn't take me too long with babysitting. Hopefully it will be sitting in our house by Christmas or at least by next year.

I got my camera batteries to take one quick picture yesterday. This was their lunch. The bowls are empty because the chicken noodle soup was not ready yet. Aren't all the plates and cups cute all lined up? The rest of the day was pretty crazy but I survived. Then the neighbors kids asked if they could come over and play for a while so I let them. They had been begging to play with my kids since we moved in. All the kids had a blast but I am still tired.
