My aunt and mom took the boy and my dear middle child for the weekend so I could spend time with Makayla before she starts school next week. Hubby and I spent 2 hours tonight trying to figure out what we wanted to do with her. In the end it was simple. A takeout order from Outback Steakhouse and 2 movies from Redbox. Makayla and I picked up the food and the movies. She choose Nim's Island for herself and I got Jumper for me and hubby.
She is in our bed right now watching her movie. The look of excitement on her face was priceless. Outback messed up my hubby's steak by not cooking it as well as he ordered and the fries were mushy and cold so we called up there and the manager was super nice and apologized and is supposed to send us a giftcard or something in the mail. He also told hubby to stop on by and ask for him one day because he wanted to make it right. Great customer service but when you order a $20 steak you deserve it. LOL.
So we are just relaxing at home this weekend. The last pic is when she was watching the movie in our room.

Makayla looks SO pretty in the one where she's eating! I can't wait to see her first day of school pictures next week!
