Alone time!!!

Do you ever have days where you feel like if you don't get some time away for yourself that you will explode and take out everyone within a 50 mile radius? Well that was me yesterday. So when hubby came home I let him know that I needed some time away. I just needed an hour or so for ME. And thankfully I got it!!

7:00 p.m- My feet are out the door!!!! F-R-E-E-D-O-M!!!!!!


7:05- stop for gas and a nice fountain drink of Dr. Pepper. Proceed to Barnes and Noble 25 minutes away.

7:30- Arrive at Barnes and Noble. Shop the entire store and wipe drool from my lip every time I leave a section.

8:15- Stop at the Starbucks inside and order a pumpkin spice frappuccino. Can we say YUM?!? I sit there reading the new book I plan on purchasing and drinking my happy little drink.

I had every intention of photographing my entire trip but they were pretty busy and I didn't want to bust out my camera and have everyone stare at the crazy lady photographing her frappuccino. So I waited till I was in the van.

Oh how I love this van. I got to cruise around last night in our $40,000 rental minivan. This van is every moms dream. We only have it for 6 more days.

I showed a ton of self control and only bought the second book in the Vampire Academy Series. I am completely hooked. And last night I nearly finished it. I only have a third to go.

I feel a little more revived today. Between Barnes and Noble and Starbucks I am feeling pretty happy which is a good thing because today I have a follow up doctor appt. and then I have to sign paperwork for our attorney. Yes we have had to hire and attorney but I don't want to go into that now. I told you I needed a break. Thank heaven for 2 hour evening getaways to recharge you.
