I want to be the kind of mom that is always prepared. My bestfriend is that mom. Last year she was visiting with her 3 small kids( all VERY close in age). She stayed all day and then we went out to eat. When we got back to my house she was getting her kids ready to go home but it was already late. We stood outside talking and she pulled out each kid a comfy outfit to wear home since they would fall asleep by the time she got there. She was so organized. Her son spilled a bottle of water on his change of clothes and she simply took out a towel from the trunk and dryed him off. Then handed him a new bottle of water. She was so calm and collected. I couldn't believe it.
I want to be that kind of mom. If that had happened to me I would have been cursing up a storm trying to figure out how to get my kid cleaned off. I have learned a lot from her. Today I am packing an emergency bag for the kids in my trunk. I plan on having a change of clothes, diapers, a towel, bottles of water,etc. in it. This is the first step in becoming a more organized mom.

Maybe she's like me & just has a ton of extra stuff in her car?!?!? JUST KIDDING! Really, I've seen moms with three kids that just make it all look so easy...and I'm not one of them! However, I've found that they usually deny being so cool, calm, & collected. Good luck patterning yourself after her!
LOL I try to be that kind of mom, but it always seems like the one thing I need is the one thing I forget!
